Our goal is to give you an affordable, interactive, virtual expo hall, with clear pricing.

This allows you to work with your existing or estimated sponsorship revenue and to also sell more sponsorship packages with these costs in mind.

Base package includes:

  • Interactive Expo Hall Floor showing all sponsors or companies and linking to individual booths.
  • 10 Booths in up to 5 sponsorship tiers,
    >6 in levels 1-2, up to 4 in levels 3-4 and 1 premium sponsor, level 5.
  • Presentation Hall (optional).
  • Set-up of tracking links for all elements and click reports.
  • System for collecting and organizing sponsor assets and info through a cloud-based portal.
  • Turnaround time of 45-60 days. Bi-Weekly progress meetings. Email and document chat, ongoing.

Cost of Base Package:
$7500, with a $4000 deposit required to hold your spot in our queue. Full payment required if desired turnaround time is less than 45 days.

Add-Ons:
Additional booths, Presentation Halls, interactive elements such as Live Chat or Chat Bots can be added for additional fees.

Booths beyond 10: add 1- 10 $500 each | 11 or more, $400 each.
Live Chat or Chat Bots in any booth or your main expo: $1000 set-up each.
Additional Presentation Hall for virtual summits and online events: $1500 per room.

Ongoing support and reporting:
We include 1 set of reports with your initial Expo purchase.
On-going technical Expo support, reporting and updates to booth content is available quarterly, beginning up to 3 months after your Expo launches. $450 + $50 per booth that is updated. This allows you to give a great sponsor benefit: new booth content throughout the year.

We meet first to craft the custom solutions, and any additional pricing, based on your needs. Then you pay your deposit online through our secure servers, with a pre-determined schedule for deliverables and on-going payments.

We can likely create additional features based on you or your sponsors’ requests.

Potential for Live sessions, depending on the marketing you are doing for your Expo Hall. These are often used for virtual events and summits and are a great way to reach your audience in a reciprocal interaction.

This can be integrated through your existing site or we can publish a site on hosting that you own. Additional costs may be required for tech components depending on your current set-up.
